• DARS registration is at capacity, please contact the organizer if you wish to register on site
• For an accepted paper to appear in the program and the proceedings, at least one author must be registered at the time of camera-ready submission (Aug 30th).
• Authors are allowed up to 2 additional pages, for a charge of 100 USD per page.
• *Walk-in registrants cannot be guaranteed a banquet ticket.

Letter in Support of U.S. visa

If you are in need of a letter in support of a U.S. visa please reach out to the organizer (kirstin at cornell dot edu). To prevent claims of fraud, please include your passport number and/or birth date in the email, as well as any paper/poster/demo you may be presenting.

Photography

Attendance at, or participation in, this symposium constitutes consent to the use and distribution by the organizers attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of the DARS organizing committee. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
